How we collect, use, and protect your information across opervex.ai, app.opervex.ai, and any of our services.
Opervex (“Opervex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a US-based AI automation and software firm based in Tampa, Florida. This policy describes the information we collect through our marketing website, our platform, and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using our services you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact and account information — name, email, company, role, phone, and similar details you submit through forms or during account setup.
- Project information — the project type, budget range, timeline, and message content you submit when requesting a discovery call or proposal.
- Payment information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Communications — emails, messages, and call recordings (where lawful and disclosed) you exchange with us or with AI agents we operate on your behalf.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — pages visited, actions taken, device and browser information, IP address, and approximate location.
- Cookies and similar technologies — to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure usage. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser.
2. How we use your information
- To deliver the services you’ve requested or purchased.
- To communicate with you about projects, account activity, and product updates.
- To process payments and manage billing.
- To improve our products, train and refine our AI systems (using anonymized or aggregated data wherever possible), and analyze usage patterns.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers (subprocessors) — vendors who help us run our business under contractual obligations to protect your data (e.g., hosting, payment processing, email delivery, AI infrastructure, analytics).
- Your authorization — when you direct us to share information with a third party.
- Legal requirements — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case continuity of this policy will be a condition.
No mobile information — including your phone number and SMS opt-in consent — will ever be shared with, sold to, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are explicitly excluded from every sharing category described above. The only exception is sharing with the subprocessors strictly necessary to deliver the SMS messages you requested (for example, our messaging platform and the carriers that transmit the message), who are contractually prohibited from using that information for their own purposes.
4. SMS / text messaging program
Opervex operates an A2P 10DLC text messaging program. We send SMS text messages only to individuals who have provided express written consent — for example, by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form and submitting their phone number. Consent is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Types of messages and frequency
Depending on your interactions with us, messages may include appointment and discovery-call reminders, project and account updates, customer service responses, and related conversational messages. Message frequency varies based on your activity.
Rates, opting out, and help
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to that number.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of carrier networks, which are outside our control.
5. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 7).
6. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at team@opervex.ai.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message.

8. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. International users
We operate primarily in the United States. By using our services from outside the US, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the US.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you via email or an in-product notice.
