For owner led companies, 20 to 200 staff

Three manual processes gone in 90 days. A paid audit first, so you know which three.

You are hiring people to re-key orders from email into the ERP, copy the spreadsheet into QuickBooks, and chase the warehouse for a status the system should already know. The Operations Automation Sprint starts with a paid audit: we sit with the people doing the work, map every manual process, and price what each one costs you. Then we remove the three that matter most in 90 days, with software built around how your company actually runs. Then a run contract keeps it working as you change.

Tell us the three things people are re-keying by hand. We tell you what the audit would look at.

What changes

A priced map of your manual work

The audit document names each manual process, who does it, how many hours it takes and what it costs. It is yours whether or not you build with us, and it is credited toward the build if you go ahead within 30 days.

Three processes removed in 90 days

Not a roadmap. Three named processes, gone, with the integration or the internal tool that replaced them running in production and the people who used to do them doing something else.

Someone on the hook after go live

The run contract covers monitoring, changes when a supplier, a system or a rule changes, and the next process on the list. Software that is not maintained becomes the manual process again.

How it works

  1. 1

    Audit

We spend time with the people doing the work, not only the owner. Every manual process gets a line: what, who, how long, how often, what it costs, what it would take to remove. You get the document and a ranked list.

  2. 2

    Build, 90 days

We take the top three and build what removes them: integrations between the systems you already run, or an internal tool where none exists. Working software in production, in stages, not a reveal on day 90.

  3. 3

    Run

A monthly contract that keeps it running, absorbs change, and works down the rest of the list. You stop hiring for the work the software now does.

Built before, named when permitted

The operating platform for a wholesale distributor with 18 locations.

We built and run the platform a wholesale distributor uses across 18 locations: purchasing, sales orders, inventory in the units they actually buy and sell in, invoicing and approvals. It replaced spreadsheets, re-keying and phone calls between the warehouse and the office. We are also building the operations system for a Tampa wellness clinic. Both are described without names because we name a client only with their written permission.

Pricing

  • A paid audit, credited toward the build if you go ahead within 30 days. Build and run are priced on the call.

The audit is paid because it is the deliverable: a priced map you can act on with us or without us.

Questions we get

Why is the audit paid?
Because it is real work and a real deliverable: days with your team and a document that prices every manual process. A free audit is a sales call with a template. Ours is credited toward the build if you go ahead within 30 days.
Who is this for?
Owner led companies with 20 to 200 staff, roughly $5M to $50M in revenue, that are hiring for manual work: distribution and wholesale, construction subcontractors and clinics first. If you are smaller than that, Never Miss a Lead or a scoped custom build is usually the better fit.
What systems do you work with?
Whatever you run: an ERP, QuickBooks, spreadsheets, email, a warehouse system, a CRM. The build is the layer between them, and the internal tools where no system exists. You own the code on handover.
What if we only want the audit?
Keep it. The document is yours, with the ranked list and the costs, and you can hand it to anyone. The credit toward a build is there if you come back within 30 days.
What happens after the 90 days?
The run contract: monthly, covering monitoring, changes and the next process on the list. Or you take the code and run it in house. It is built to be handed over.
