Pick the cabinet style and color, counters, backsplash, floor, paint or siding from the options you actually sell. The homeowner can change their mind and you rerun it.

The finished render of their own room, on your tablet, in the visit. Send it to them with your proposal the same day.

- What do I need to bring to the visit?
- A phone and the finish options you sell. The photo is taken in the room. The render comes back on the same device.
- Is the render a design document?
- No. It is a visual of the finish choices on the homeowner's own room. Measurements, scope and price are your estimate, the way they are today.
- Who is it built for?
