Questions we get
- Which counties does permit prep cover?
- Hillsborough County and the City of Tampa today. Other Florida counties are added per builder during onboarding with a date attached, and we do not sell them as live until they are.
- How accurate is the render?
- It is a sales render, not an engineering drawing. It shows the homeowner their yard with the pool model, finish and deck you chose. Most renders pass our photo check on the first round, and the ones that do not get rerun. The plan and the setbacks are the documents that go to permit.
- Does it replace my CRM and proposal tool?
- It can. PoolOS has the CRM, proposals and invoicing built in, and the Design Studio writes into them. If you want to keep your current CRM for now, the Front Desk and the Studio still work alongside it.
- Who is it built for?
- Florida residential pool builders with 2 to 20 staff, an active CPC license, 10 or more Google reviews and 20 or more pools a year. Smaller than that and the Studio seat alone is usually the right start.
- What does it cost?
